First of all it shall be soft. This is how we started to design the Domino sofa collection. The aluminum structure is almost fully submerged by cushions and fabric, just leaving the ends of the aluminum structure visible to the eye. There are in fact only three materials: aluminum, timber and fabric. They blend together and balance each other by mixing aesthetic and functionality.
The detail of the fine timber stud tucked in the side and back of the sofa not only allows the sofa to be totally deconstructed but adds that bit of detail that so lovely characterizes this product.
